We collect great people.
Feeling Stuck?
Maybe your current job is ok.
The pay is solid. The benefits are good. The projects are…fine.
But does it excite you? Does it make you jump out of bed in the morning? Does it let you explore your full potential, push boundaries, and grow in ways you didn’t even think were possible?
Or do you feel like you’re getting paid a lot to fix TPS reports surrounded with coworkers and managers who are disconnected?
Perhaps you’re “trapped” by golden handcuffs. Or maybe you’re part of a promising startup with great potential but feel like something’s missing. Or you could be a seasoned contractor who’s mastered their niche but longs for a team to call home.
Here’s the thing: good isn’t good enough when you know you’re capable of greatness.
Return to Office Mandates
Some employers are starting to ask you to spend 6 hours a week in traffic. Why not spend 6 hours a week surfing, and then write even more code?
TeamCraft Software is all remote all the time.
Ok that's not true. There is value in face to face meetings.
We have 'mandatory' office meetings maybe quarterly. These meetings are sometimes used as an in-person hack-a-thon, sometimes it's a chance to plan out the companies roadmap, other times is just better to work together from the beach.
Because we are remote first, when we do meet in person, we can do it anywhere. Maybe Baja for morning beach time before we get to work. Or maybe we hit the slopes for half the day in Vail. We are all responsible adults, let's take advantage of that.
Rediscover Why You Got into Tech
Think back to those times when work didn’t feel like work. Those projects where you would’ve stayed up all night—not for the paycheck, but for the thrill of solving problems, the excitement of building something meaningful, and the people by your side.
Those moments when camaraderie made the hard work worth it—the unspoken bonds, the inside jokes, and the shared victories that made you want to show up.
At TeamCraft, we’re bringing that back. We’re building a community of top-tier engineers who are driven, not just by ambition, but by a love for their craft and the people they work with.
The TeamCraft Approach
When we kick off a project, it’s not a random assembly of engineers. Each team is carefully formed, led by a TeamCraft leader who’s involved from day one. This leader isn’t just a figurehead—they actively hire and guide the team, work with the stakeholders, sets the tone for the culture, and write the code.
People First, Always
We work hard, no question. But we also know that burnout kills greatness. We believe that the best work happens when people feel supported, energized, and connected. That’s why we’ve built a culture where people are the priority.
Our focus is on building a long-term community of skilled professionals who grow together and create exceptional results.
We’re not building a revolving door of talent. We’re building a community for the long haul—a team that values each other’s contributions, supports growth, and thrives together.
Real Growth, Real Impact
At TeamCraft, ambition isn’t just welcomed—it’s what we are doing here. What is the thing you would like to be doing in your career right now? Lead a project? Develop expertise in a new technology or tool? Lead a team? What would you be doing if your current job wasn't in the way?
When you join us, you’ll start by working alongside some of the best minds in the industry. They’ll guide the architecture, mentor the team, and lay the foundation for success. But we don’t stop there. In less than a year, this project will be all yours.
This isn’t just a job. It’s a launchpad for your career.
Where do want to take your career?

I (Byron) genuinely enjoy hearing about interesting engineering stories. Schedule a short half hour, no cost, video chat. I love talking about iPhone factories, Google internals, and those times things didn't work out like I hoped they would :)
